MAKE TIME TO PRACTISE
Yoga & stillness
Sunrise, morning and sunset practice on the covered rooftop, with the hills of Tapovan beyond.

Bring yourself. We’ll bring the view.
Unroll a mat on the covered rooftop and begin with the mountains in front of you. Sanskriti’s invitation is simple: come practise with us. Guests and visitors are welcome, whether you are staying in the house or joining from nearby.
Three ways to meet the day
The published rooftop programme offers sunrise yoga from 7–8 am, morning yoga from 8–9 am and sunset yoga from 5–6 pm. Message us for this week’s sessions and to save your place.
Ask about the teacher, style, mats and any contribution when you get in touch. Share your experience and what you are hoping for from the session.

Workshops with a little more time
Our rooftop workshops bring together small groups, mountain air and a warm welcome. Upcoming dates are shared with the community; ask what is planned during your visit.
Teachers and facilitators are welcome to propose yoga, breathwork or art workshops. Send the idea, dates, participant numbers and bedroom needs so we can plan the space together.
