POLICIES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Booking terms
Understand the reservation, the room request and the terms you agree before paying.
Making a reservation
This website introduces Sanskriti and helps you contact the host or a booking provider. A message, quote request or availability search does not reserve a room. Keep the written confirmation issued through the booking process you choose.
For an OTA booking, the provider's selected rate plan and confirmation record your payment, cancellation and inclusion terms. For a direct arrangement, ask the host to confirm the room category, dates, occupancy, total amount, payment schedule and cancellation terms in writing before paying.
Prices and inclusions
Compare offers for the same dates, room category and number of guests. Ask whether the total includes applicable taxes, meals, pet charges and any agreed extras. A service is included when the booking confirmation says so.
The website does not collect card details or take accommodation payments. Use the payment instructions agreed with your booking provider or host, and verify a request through the published contact number if anything appears unusual.
Room requests and arrival
Tell the host about a preferred floor, view, access requirement or pet before reserving. Photographs show the property and its character; the host confirms the room available for your dates.
Follow the arrival and departure times on your own confirmation. Ask about early arrival, late departure and luggage arrangements ahead of travel. Shared-space access and activities depend on the arrangements for your visit.
Changes, conduct and questions
Read the cancellation page before requesting a change. Inform the host if your journey or expected arrival changes, and contact the booking provider when the reservation was made through that provider.
Treat rooms, furnishings and shared spaces with care. Raise a concern with the host while there is an opportunity to address it. Keep any payment or booking records relevant to the question. These website notes do not replace the terms accepted for a particular reservation.
