Keep bedrooms and belongings secure, use furnishings with care and let the team know about an issue or accidental damage as soon as you notice it. Follow the host's instructions for the rooftop, stairs and shared areas.
Quiet and consideration
Keep voices, calls and music considerate of guests who are resting or working. Ask the host about the quiet-hour arrangements for your visit and agree on the timing before organising a gathering.
Ask before photographing or recording other guests. Keep shared seating and walkways available, and discuss visitors or a hosted activity with the team before inviting people to the property. The listed Deluxe Mountain View category is non-smoking; check the house's smoking arrangements with the host.
Pets by prior arrangement
