Bringing your pet to Sanskriti
A few conversations and familiar comforts can make planning a pet-friendly stay much easier.

Start with a message
Sanskriti welcomes pet enquiries and describes the stay as pet-friendly. Before reserving, share your dates, the number and type of pets, and anything relevant to the room arrangements. Ask the host to confirm acceptance, charges and any conditions in writing.
Pet-friendly does not mean that every room, shared space or activity will suit every animal. A quick conversation helps you understand what is possible before you commit to travel. If you are bringing more than one pet, make that clear at the start.
Ask about the whole stay
Check which shared areas your companion can use, whether there are expectations around leads, and what the arrangements are if you need to go out without them. Do not assume pet-sitting, pet meals or supplies are provided.
Also think about the entrance, stairs and room location. If your pet finds steps or unfamiliar surroundings difficult, ask the host about the layout. The balcony is not a substitute for supervision, and the best room choice may depend on your companion’s habits.

Bring familiar things
Pack your usual food, bowls, bedding, lead and cleaning supplies so you are not relying on finding replacements after arrival. Bring the travel documents your transport provider requires and check its rules directly before booking tickets.
Allow some time to settle in before adding outings or gatherings to the day. A familiar blanket and a routine can be more useful than a packed itinerary. Keep your companion close in shared spaces and be considerate of guests who may not be comfortable around animals.
Make plans beyond the room
Check pet access with each café, attraction or activity organiser you plan to visit. Acceptance at Sanskriti does not establish the rules anywhere else, including yoga sessions and community gatherings.
Before leaving home, settle the practical questions with the host: the selected room, any fees, arrival route and what happens if your plans change. Once those details are clear, you can choose the pace of the trip around both of you.
Keep the journey manageable
Plan travel around your companion's usual routine. Bring water, your normal supplies and whatever your carrier requires. For a road journey, think about breaks and the final approach as well as the total distance. Share any arrival needs with the host before setting out.
Keep the first hour at the property simple. Show your companion the room, set out familiar bedding and check outside access before leaving a door open. Ask about any resident animals and how to manage introductions in shared spaces.

Be a considerate neighbour
Supervise your companion around other guests and ask before bringing them close to someone else's seating or belongings. Keep your own bedding available and clean up after walks. If your pet is unsettled, speak to the team before leaving them alone.
Agree on the arrangements that matter before paying: acceptance for the selected room, any charges, shared-space access and cancellation terms. The house-rules page is a useful starting point, and your written booking agreement records the details for your visit.
